SisterLand was founded by two sisters, Elizabeth and Cindy, who entered the world of land investing from very different starting points but shared the same frustration: too many women were being shut out of financial growth simply because the resources weren’t written for them. They saw that women weren’t lacking intelligence or ambition—the industry was lacking clarity, honesty, and accessibility.
As they learned the land investing landscape, they ran into the same challenges most women face: confusing terminology, scattered information, and financial professionals who spoke in circles rather than providing straightforward answers. Instead of accepting that as “just how it is,” they took it as a sign that something had to change.
Together, they created SisterLand: a grounded, supportive, no-fluff approach to land investing built specifically for women. Their mission is simple—provide clear education, practical tools, and structured paths (Lending and Funding) that meet women where they are and help them build real, sustainable wealth.
